Sleeve length

Aside from the short sleeve, shirt specialist John Miller provides two different sleeve lengths: 5 and 7. Your specialist men’s wear shop will be glad to advise on the right sleeve length for you. The sleeve length is measured from the top of the sleeve. Sleeve length 7 is 5 cm longer than the standard sleeve length 5. 

One can often tell if a longer sleeve length is needed. When a shirt and jacket are of the right sleeve length the cuff should fall at least one centimeter below the sleeve of the jacket.
